“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
― Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype
Below is my attempt to organize writings I have done on trauma, herbs, herbalism, etc. into a bit more accessible format than the 'blog' structure. There's also a 'search' option up in the menu bar ^^^ as well in case you have a specific word/plant/thing you want to see if it has been referenced too! I hope something I have written here helps jiggle loose the door nob of a door you are moving through. If you have something you would like to see be written about let me know!
(also, as of this moment-April 2017- I am taking some time off of herbal consultations so that I can get more up here and also touch up older pieces, so keep an eye out...)
